
- 500 ml of full cream (vollrahm)
- 80 gr. of sugar
- 4 gelatin squares (blattgelatine)
- Vanilla
- Cold water
Heat the cream (never allow it to boil) and add the sugar and vanilla. In the meanwhile, put the gelatin squares in cold water, and once they are not rigid anymore, take them from the water and add them to the hot cream. Mix it. Put it in small bowls and once they are not so hot anymore, put them in the fridge. You can add strawberry siroup or fresh berries to decorate it.
